Ejemen Roluga is a visionary business leader with 13+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, enterprise development, and financial inclusion. Ejemen's direct experience in financial services over this period includes heading the capital markets desk at CardinalStone, and leading corporate finance roles in financial technology, FMCG, hospitality and manufacturing groups within Nigeria. As a corporate finance expert, she has empowered numerous early-stage, large-scale, and high-growth companies through her expertise, helping them understand their finances, identify their target markets, and attract vital investor capital.

Ejemen currently serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Grovane Advisory Partners, where she continues to drive corporate finance strategies that enable businesses to achieve their growth objectives. She has facilitated over US$50 million in funding and mergers & acquisitions through collaborations with organizations like global VCs, NEXIM, BOI, and other local banks and development finance institutions.

Ejemen's commitment to holistic development and drive for financial inclusion and corporate finance education have involved collaborations with prominent foundations in North America, including the Council for Advancement of African Canadians in Alberta (CAAC), operating as Africa Centre, BIPOC Foundation, and The Manitoba Women for Women of South Sudan, where she has provided business advisory and corporate finance education to over 200 business owners, that have resulted in their successful business launch, fundraising and business growth.

She is also the founder of Hoop Technologies Inc, a fast growing technology company with products designed to simply money collection, administration, spend and enhance engagement and loyalty among businesses, communities and individuals and the immediate past Facilitator and Host of BIPOC Foundation's Finance Friday Program, designed to provide black-led founders with corporate finance education and support to make short and long-term financial decisions while maximizing their success potential and shareholder value and Author of Grant Writing, a non-fluff guide for newbie business owners in Africa.

Acknowledging her exceptional contributions to her field, Ejemen was recently honoured with inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in the World, a prestigious registry that recognizes individuals who have demonstrated remarkable achievements in their respective domains for 2023/2024.

Ejemen holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Covenant University, is a certified strategy professional from the Canadian College of Leadership and Management and a Certified Scrum Master awarded by the Scrum Alliance.
