Ejemen Roluga is a corporate finance professional, management consultant, entrepreneur, investor, and board leader with 16+ years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, alternative funding, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise development, venture building, and corporate governance. She has advised startups, SMEs, established enterprises, executive teams, investors, and boards on complex financial and strategic decisions, with particular expertise in capital raising, financial modelling and valuation, transaction structuring, growth strategy, M&A, and board and governance advisory.

Ejemen currently serves as Managing Partner of Grovane Advisory Partners, where she leads management consulting and financial advisory engagements across corporate finance, strategy, funding, valuation, transaction readiness, and business growth. Throughout her career, she has facilitated more than US$51 million in funding and M&A transactions, helping businesses understand their financial position, structure financing, evaluate investment and expansion opportunities, attract capital, and execute sustainable growth strategies. Her work at Grovane has involved funding for clients from venture capital firms, commercial banks, development finance institutions, impact funders, and organizations including Wema Bank, NEXIM and the Bank of Industry, Reckitt Catalyst Accelerator, Acumen, Green Rise AFR100 Land Accelerator Africa, NSIA, CanExport, Alberta Innovates, and Thin Air Labs, Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, AI Compute Access Fund, DMZ Ventures and so many more.

She is also Founder and CEO of Grovane Ventures, Grovane's venture-building and investment platform. Through Grovane Ventures, Ejemen extends her work beyond advising companies to building, investing in, and operating businesses directly. Her work includes identifying commercially relevant opportunities, validating markets, developing business models and products, establishing operating structures, deploying capital, supporting commercialization, and building businesses to create sustainable long-term enterprise value.

This combination of advisory and venture-building experience gives Ejemen a distinctive perspective on capital. She has worked with businesses seeking funding, advised companies on how to structure and deploy capital, participated in transactions, and worked directly on the investor and ownership side of building businesses.

Earlier in her career, Ejemen served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Corporate Strategy at Aella, where she partnered with executive leadership on strategic planning, funding, expansion analysis, and transaction execution. She previously served as AGM and Head of Corporate Finance and Strategy at Genesis Group Nigeria, leading corporate finance and strategy initiatives across hospitality and food subsidiaries. In that role, she secured ₦2.6 billion in expansion capital from a development finance institution and led market research, feasibility analysis, and financing negotiations supporting expansion.

Ejemen built her finance foundation in investment banking at CardinalStone, where she rose to lead the Capital Markets function. During her tenure, she worked across equity and debt capital raising, bond issuances, M&A transactions, valuations, transaction structuring, financial advisory, and fairness opinion mandates, including serving as Financial Adviser and Issuing House on capital market transactions.

Her experience also extends significantly into board leadership and corporate governance. Ejemen serves as Chairman of the Board of Dot MFB and holds board positions with Zaph & Zoe and Harvesters Canada. Across these roles, she contributes to strategic oversight, governance, financial stewardship, organizational growth, and executive decision-making. This board-level experience complements her work with founders and management teams and gives her perspective across management, advisory, investment, ownership, and governance functions. Her attached professional profile also reflects her established experience in non-executive board and governance advisory roles.

Beyond corporate advisory and investment, Ejemen has maintained a strong commitment to entrepreneurship development, financial inclusion, and corporate finance education. Through collaborations with organizations including the Council for Advancement of African Canadians in Alberta, operating as Africa Center BIPOC Foundation, and Manitoba Women for Women of South Sudan, she has provided business advisory and corporate finance education to more than 1,200 entrepreneurs and business owners, supporting participants in business development, financial decision-making, fundraising, and growth.

Ejemen's contribution to entrepreneurship and business leadership has been recognized through a nomination for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, recognizing her work as an entrepreneur and business leader.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Covenant University and is a Certified Strategy Professional and Certified ScrumMaster®.

Temitope Adebayo

Independent Non-Executive Director

Temitope Roluga is an accomplished project delivery and operations professional with extensive experience spanning infrastructure, financial services, technology, and business operations. He has supported more than $250 million in infrastructure, operational, and technology initiatives, bringing particular strength in project execution, governance, project controls, risk management, procurement, commercial coordination, and executive reporting.

His experience includes supporting a major Canadian rail and light rail transit infrastructure program, where he coordinates multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, commercial, safety, and subcontractor activities across eight trade packages. His work encompasses change and commercial tracking, procurement and material delivery, progress claims, risk management, and executive reporting.

Previously, Temitope supported a portfolio of operational and technology transformation initiatives at Royal Bank of Canada, working across multiple project managers and cross-functional teams. His responsibilities included portfolio governance, budget visibility, RAID management, KPI reporting, stage-gate governance, executive dashboards, and decision support. His disciplined approach to project coordination contributed to a 98% on-time milestone completion rate across concurrent workstreams.

Earlier in his career, he led operations and project delivery across client engagements valued at up to $5 million, overseeing budgets, procurement, supplier management, project controls, financial reporting, and operational performance.

Temitope holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Babcock University and professional credentials including Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®), and SAFe certification.
