About the Program

Madica is a structured preseed investment program backed by Flourish Ventures, created to close funding and support gaps for underrepresented African founders and markets.

Through equity investment plus 12–18 months of tailored support, Madica helps startups refine their products, strengthen operations and governance, and become investor ready while plugging them into a pan African and global network.
