It provides three year unrestricted funding to mission driven nonprofit and for profit organizations, based on the belief that flexible, multi year capital is essential for capacity building, innovation, and growth in early stage organizations.

The team, made up of experienced operators and sector specialists, takes a board seat for three years, often as the first external board member, and works side by side with leaders to strengthen fundraising, governance, leadership, strategy, teams, and overall effectiveness.

Over nearly 25 years, DRK has partnered with nearly 280 organizations globally; portfolio organizations include a significant share of Audacious Project awardees (19%) and Skoll Award honorees (10%), reflecting their field level impact.
