About the Program

The Merck Digital Sciences Studio (MDSS) is a nine-month accelerator that supports early-stage startups developing digitally enabled technologies for drug discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical development.

Through MDSS, selected ventures receive funding, mentorship, and access to Merck’s global R&D network, enabling them to accelerate the development of digital health technologies that can revolutionize how drugs are discovered and developed.

The program bridges innovation and industry by connecting founders, researchers, and experts across the health technology ecosystem. Participants will gain exposure to Merck’s technical and business expertise, as well as its global partner networks.
