The Bloom Grant 2026 is an initiative of The Bloom Africa designed to ease access to early capital for women entrepreneurs who are already running real, impact oriented businesses in Nigeria.

The program seeks women founders who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a strong commitment to improving their communities through their ventures.

Program Benefits

Mission & Impact: Selected entrepreneurs receive catalytic funding that can be used to unlock the next stage of growth for their businesses while amplifying their social or economic impact.

Visibility & Accountability: Grantees commit to post grant reporting and visibility activities, giving them exposure through Bloom’s platforms while ensuring transparent use of funds and measurable impact.

Selection & Support: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief virtual interview as part of the final selection, allowing them to present their vision and clarify their impact and fund use plans.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nigerian woman residing in Nigeria.
• Owner of a registered business.
• Business must be operational (beyond idea stage).
• Early stage: not more than 5 years in operation.
• Must demonstrate clear social, economic, or community impact.
• Must commit to post grant reporting and visibility activities.

How to apply: Complete the Typeform application and upload all required documents.

Required documents: business registration, business financial statement, letter of recommendation, and up to 7 short essay responses.

Shortlisted candidates: invited to a brief virtual interview before final decisions.
